Founder Wells Maley McConnell has always enjoyed wearing her mother’s and grandmother’s silk scarves as tops and accessories. She enjoys designing pieces for clients to have the option to wear something classic, yet creative, amongst their peers.

Her original desire to revamp silk scarves on the college scene ultimately led her to start designing her own. And just like that, the Swells brand was born!
